It was under construction!!! Only a small restaurant The breakfast was bad The dinner was good ( we paid for)

Nice and clean rooms, very friendly and nice staff at the bar & restaurant

The lobby area is exposed to the rain and very a slippery. I fell and hit my head upon arrival. The reception staff did nothing about it, no incident/accident report, no medical help, nothing.

Beautiful location surrounding was quiet. I felt so peaceful and free.

The location was good and the bed was very big and comfy. The balcony view was an added bonus because it was nice to wake up to a scenic look of the ocean.

The breakfast, though said to be available from 7-10, was finished before that and the options were very limited. The milk for the cereal was also room temperature and the orange juice tasted HORRIBLE. The lack of an elevator was also troubling as our room was on the highest level and would have been inaccessible if one of us were injured/disabled.

Beautiful view from our room. Pool was clean and enjoyable to use. Met some great people who were fun to hang with.

Leaky roof in our room when it rained. Poor lighting in the room also.

Breakfast was continental - pancake, toast, sausage, eggs, cereal, fruits, juice and that was adequate for me. If you want Jamaican breakfast, that is an additional charge. Room was ok, comfortable even though my ac remote didnt work, the temperate setting was good for me. My room faced the sea which was lovely. The check-in was easy and Wifi was very good in the rooms. Staff was very courteous and willing to assist when needed. There is no mini refridgerator in the rooms, however, a microwave is availabe for use by guess (even though its in the lobby). Dinner can be purchased from the hotel restaurant but its best to order in advance to avoid a long wait as everything is done to order.

The restuarant is under renovation and therefore meals are served on the top deck which is quite sunny and hot in the mornings. Management could add extra covering to prevent guests from searching for a comfort spot to have thier meals. There is no cable television in the rooms, however, that could also be a plus. Since it is a smart televsion, you can still log in to various sites and what whatever you wish. Parking is inadequate.

The room and Seaview

No life guard at the pool, risky parking place and food of be picked up from off the property, in which you purchase from the hotel.

There is on the hotel a private beach and we loved it very much. Also, the food from the restaurant were good and we've received a welcome drinks.

1- Our lunch on our first day delaied about 3 horas to arrived. It seems that the cooker was not there, but it was not said at the at we ordered, just when we started to ask. 2- Some tourist places we'd asked to the staff on the reception was not known by them and we had to find out by ourselfs 3- Not as a negative point to the hotel, as we knew before book but I need to comment was that the room without air conditioned was too warm and we had a bad night because of this, so i ll highly suggest not take those rooms.

The different type of games that was there, Eg: pool,Darts, chess etc.

The breakfast structure and quantity and type could have been better

Staff need to explain herself better when querying about the food. What goes with what etc. Also, breakfast included should also be Jamaican food, we shouldn't have to pay for Jamaican meals since we are in Jamaica

There was absolutely nothing that I just liked about this property

Location, flexibility and friendliness of staff

Wanted a bathroom with a bath tub but got a shower instead. The room was not refreshed during our 3 day 2 night stay.

The place was very comfortable and relaxing. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful

I only had one issue...the waiters and the chef were slow and they didnt smile much. We waited almost an hour to get food and the food was almost cold

Scenery,fact that we had access to hot water shower quite environment balcony Hotel was advertised as is on site love the restaurant location on the deck

Need amenities like iron to iron our clothes no tissue was in bathroom but that can be overlooked

The view from our bedroom was nice. All of the reception staff were friendly and approachable and the bar staff were amicable,

In terms of the breakfast there was no choice continental breakfast, which was not kept up to sufficient supply, on Saturday morning there was a sudden increase in the number of residents and when we arrived for breakfast there was nothing to eat. The member of staff supervising the breakfast did not seem to care there was no food for us to eat, we also had to pay for an egg for my wife which hardly constitutes a cooked breakfast. The stairs to the room we were in was hard to negotiate and no doubt is only accessible to able bodied people.

Nice room on the ground floor with little balcony and direct access to see/swimming pool. Selection of food for breakfast not huge but served in a very nice location on a pier over the see.

The pool was nice and so were the persons who checked us even though they refunded to changed our room arrangements or tried . Breakfast was wack!!! Rare options ...

All rooms should have a/c access and not fan and if fan two fans the view you got from the balcony was very unpleasant and breakfast is wack again!!

Very friendly staff. Oceanside restaurant and bar is the nicest thing about this hotel.

This location feels like an off street of downtown. We checked in about 5pm and I had to make a run to the grocery store. 2 blocks later, I felt like I was in India with cars and people going every which way. The hotel and room is modest.

Everything was good including staff members from Operational manager receptionist breakfast staff and right through the day lovely atmosphere

Breakfast needed to be more better

It was my birthday night, my bf n I checked in then left for dinner. Came back extremely late, went to bed. Woke up couple hours later with water all over the floor. Apparently the air conditioner leaked all night, subsequently ruining my bf shoes (Natalie Clark’s Original). Informed the receptionist at the front desk, chick gonna ask “so you didn’t see the air conditioner was leaking to turn it off?”. My bf n I just stood there astonished, guess she could see how annoyed we were, so she followed up with “I was just asking because we’ve never had a problem with that air conditioning unit”. We handed in the key n just left. Hours later I got a call from a supposed manager staying she was sorry to hear about our experience and would send us an offer (via email) for a reduced price on a future stay. It’s been 5 days, still no offer & no regards towards my bf shoes that costs approximately $150 USD / $20,000 JMD. Worse stay ever, ruined my entire birthday experience.
